6.5. Invite research partners to your review

If you are working as a pair or a team, one of you needs to create the review in Rayyan and then invite the others. When you invite someone who does not have a user account in Rayyan, one will automatically be created for them, and they will receive an email with a link to their account.

You send invitations from the Overview page. The Invite Members button is located under the Review Members heading.

There are different roles with different permissions, that you assign from the drop down menu. (Reviewer can only add coding for screening, labels and notes, while Collaborator also may import and export references and change keywords for include/exclude.) Enter one or more email addresses, write an optional message in Reason, and click  ▶︎ Invite.

 

Reviews that you created are marked with a yellow crown next to the review name. If your role is collaborator you will see a blue icon with two silhouettes, and if your role is reviewer you will see a red icon with a magnifying glass.
